MEDITATE — A 60 minute sensory meditation to slow the breath, settle the body, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Guided with breathwork, ambient sound, and poetic rest — grounded on Wadandi Boodja. A space to pause, feel, and come home to yourself.

BREATHE — A gentle yet powerful journey through breath. In this class, we explore the physiology of breathing—how conscious breath can regulate your nervous system, oxygenate your cells, and melt tension from the body.
